Odette Théberge holds degrees from the École des beaux-arts de Québec (1970) and the Sir John Cass School of Art in London (1973). She also completed a BA in art history and an MEd at the Université de Sherbrooke (1996-1998), followed by internships in computer science (2000-2011). In addition to serving as president of Les Artistes de la Manufacture in Quebec City, she has shown her work in many solo and group exhibitions and completed projects for the integration of art into architecture. Along with paintings and prints, she creates simple sculptures such as Allée pour un jardin mirage (1991): a group of stele-sculptures whose alignment accentuates a sense of progression and transition toward a wall installation.
