Multidisciplinary artist Jean-Pierre Gaudreau holds a BFA from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (1987). Known primarily for his paintings and drawings, he also produces prints, book illustrations, and sculptures. He created Phare sur le fleuve (“lighthouse on the river”) at the 1992 Trois-Rivières sculpture symposium and has completed numerous works of integration into architecture, including at the Georges-Henri-Lévesque library in Roberval (2007), the Centre de formation professionnelle Paul-Rousseau in Drummondville (2001) and École Sainte-Marie in Saint-Boniface (1999).
